  • When will my order arrive?

    Please allow up to 7 working days for your print order to be processed and delivered to you. Shipping outside the UK may sometimes take a few days longer.

    You will receive a confirmation email when your artwork is shipped with tracking details.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes, you can pay in 4 interest-free installments, with Clearpay.

  • How do I frame a canvas?

    Canvas floating frames are perfect for paintings or canvas prints that have been stretched over a wooden stretcher frame.

    Canvas floating frames (or tray frames) are designed to have approximately a 5mm shadow gap between the canvas and the frame, this gives the impression that the canvas is floating inside the frame.

    When purchasing a canvas print, select the drop down option of framed or unframed canvas prints

  • How are prints packaged?

    Giclee prints on fine art paper are packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube for maximum protection.

  • Where can I get frames for prints?

    You can arrange for your print to be professionally framed by a local framers, however, framing does not need to be expensive and as all our prints are of standard size, frames can either be bought online or from retailers, such as The Range, Ikea or Amazon.

  • Will my print be signed?

    All artwork purchased from our website, is hand signed by the artist, Juliet Stockton.

  • What's a certificate of authenticity?

    A Certificate of authenticity is an official document that proves that the artwork sold is genuine and authentic. It confirms that the artwork has been created by the artist associated with it.

    A certificate of authenticity will be included for original paintings and limited edition canvas prints purchased through this website.
